Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Wheatflour 250g


  • Dry coconut 1/2 cup chopped


  • Sugar powder 150g


  • Cardamom 1 pinch


  • Almond 5 to 10


  • Cashewnut 5 to 10


  • Raisins 10 to 12


  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Heat a pan and roast dry fruits
  • Keep it out from pan
  • Add ghee and roast wheatflour for 2 to 3 mins
  • Or till golden brown
  • Keep aside /cool for 10 mins
  • Now add roasted dryfruits , cardamom and sugar
  • Mix it well
  • Now ready to use panjiri
